Top Trails Outdoor Park Opens New Campground

This weekend, Top Trails Outdoor Park in Talladega, Alabama, opened its new Campground.

The 29 RV campsites offer level gravel pads with water, sewer, and 50/30/20 Amp electric service. All RV campsites have a picnic table, grill, and fire ring. The cost is $35 per night with access to the ATV park. Call Top Trails for reservation info.

Top Trails Outdoor Park is more than 2,800 acres of pure adventure and unrivaled fun in north Talladega County, Alabama, centrally located between Birmingham and Atlanta just a 15-minute drive off I-20.

The park provides challenging off-road trails for quads, side by sides and single track bikes that wind through thousands of acres at the foot of Alabama’s  highest point on the old Coosa River/Brecon Annex property. It is breathtaking vistas — an outdoorsman’s dream come true and a place the whole family can enjoy.

The weekend of activities starts Friday, April 28, with the Grand Opening of the park’s new Campground. Then, on Saturday, April 29, Top Trails will host its first Spring Mud Jam.

“As a public facility, Top Trails Outdoor Park qualifies for funding through the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs (ADECA). We were able to combine $1 million in ADECA grants and volunteer match to build our new campground” said Wes Pope, Top Trails park director.
