Galen M. Hair and Amanda Amaya-Shaw filed a lawsuit March 17 against Chubbies Inc. in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging fraud.
The suit states that the plaintiffs were in touch with a salesman and they negotiated a price of $36,000, however, the dealer ultimately chose not to honor the agreement and instead maintain the RV in their ownership, causing monetary loss and emotional distress to the plaintiffs.
