Full time RVers are criminals when staying in national forests

go to jail

It has always been illegal to set up residence in a National Forest, or any other Public Land like BLM Land.

According to a new strict interpretation of the law, if you are a full-time RVer, you are not allowed to stay any National Forest for even one day. If you don’t have a residence somewhere, meaning you do not have a ‘real’ home,, then you are residing and not camping in the Forest and can be fined and cited.

Full timers are being are being  harassed and fined!
