RVers have another choice for receiving their mail while they are on the road thanks to a new service being offered by Kampgrounds of America Inc. (KOA).
KOA Postal Mail Services, powered by USZoom, offers RVers and campers a virtual mailbox solution when they are traveling, providing a safe, convenient and reliable way to manage their regular postal mail, according to an announcement from KOA.
“By using this service, campers can enjoy their RV adventures without worrying about the bills, letters, and packages that might be piling up at home,” said KOA Vice President of Brand Development Lorne Armer. “With a click of a button, they will be able to manage their postal mail from their smartphones or online, 24 hours a day and seven days a week from wherever they are.”
Features of KOA Postal Mail Services
- Manage mail with a personal digital mailbox that can be accessed via a free app on a smartphone, or from any computer or tablet.
- Receive mail, packages, magazines, bank and credit card statements. Users will see a photo of the outside of every mail item, including sender information.
- A user’s virtual address is a real U.S. street address, with a specific mailbox number. Addresses are available in over 40 states across the U.S.
- Users can forward letters and packages anywhere, when and how they want. They can also have documents scanned to read virtually, or stored in the cloud.

- Choose a Plan – You choose your pricing plan and sign up for an address with any location in the KOA Mail Services network. Every customer gets a unique mailbox number. Your address functions like a real street address in every way – not a PO Box – so you can receive packages from any carrier. 3-month, 6-month, and 1-year plans available. One Year Plan is just $17.67/month with unlimited mail.
- Receive Alerts – Receive notifications on your phone or via email when new mail arrives. We upload an image of your mail or package with sender information to your secure Digital Mailbox.
