The stuff you slip it over your pipes to insulate them from the cold freezing weather.<br/>I cut the Six foot section in half which gives me two Three foot sections.<br/>I slip each one of these over my Windshield Wipers to protect them from the sun when my Motor Home is parked. The wipers last for years this way.
