Black Canyon, Curecanti Camping Fees Icrease

The National Park Service is bumping up campground fees at popular area attractions, both to generate more revenue for maintaining the assets and to help avoid undercutting private campgrounds.

This summer, the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park’s South Rim campground fee increase for $12 to $16 for non-electric sites. Sites with electric increase from $18 to $22. North Rim and East Portal campground fees are also going up, from $12 to $16.

Park entrance fees will remain the same.
