Thor Industries Buys Jayco for $576 Million

  1. All I can say is good luck, Jayco employees. At first, deals like this are sold very positively, “together we will be stronger”, blah, blah, blah. Just wait till the next downturn. They will close plants and consolidate manufacturing so fast, your head will spin. Even the Bontragers will be unemployed. Jayco will eventually be reduced to a logo on a Thor website. Just give it time.
